Close to home. Good food. Service was prompt and courteous.
Like the food but washing the seats and tables with the same rag is off the chain... heath department. If they do this in plain sight what's goes on in the kitchen?
Theeeeeeeee absolute worst experience at Texas Roadhouse - Columbus (Reynoldsburg) EVER!!! I am ONLY staying because this was a "celebration" for my son. Two hours in line, 3 separate tables, and a move of tables in between the meal from one end of the building to the other! Way to celebrate. This WAS my favorite restaurant. I WILL NEVER come back.
I had the 12oz Ribeye. Done just right although service was a little slow and steak wasn't very hot. The loaded potatoes were good but also not hot and the cheese on top got hard. My wife"s pork chop also came out barely warm. On a Friday night I would normally expect delays but we arrived right at 5pm and place wasn't very busy.
Great food and great service!!!!! Love the atmosphere and the prices are reasonable!
Friday October 28th. I waited over an hour after being seated. I started to leave but I decided to speak up. Thank you to the owner and the young man with the pretty smile. The meal was great and the hospitality too. A $15.00 tip was well desearved.

Great Service - Steak was fabulous as well as the sides! Manager came around checking to see if we were satisfied with our meals! I like when they do that shows that they appreciate your business.
So anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Texas Roadhouse.. but last my food was not good at all.. we had a table of 6 our server was ok she was training another girl.. but the kitchen took forever for our food to come out.. once we received our order my chicken was so small and hard.. threw most of it away.. the others at the table enjoyed their food they didn't order chicken tho..
