Usually love the place eat here all the time. But today was a terrible experience 9/5/15 was told 15 to 25 minutes waited 35 minutes my wife asked the seating person what the hold up was after watching several other patrons come and go. The lady actually told us she was skipping us due to the fact that we had a high chair and it was inconvenient to seat us because of that. Durbin was our server this evening and was absolutely spectacular. We are otr truck drivers and visit Texas roadhouses probably twice a week and have never had better service. My husband ordered Sam Adams and the keg was empty and it was a busy hour so she went and changed the keg herself. Then when I had a special request for my loaded potato she went to the kitchen and made it herself. Everything came quickly and we were checked on often. Texas roadhouse has really found a gem with Durbin.
Good steak, a little more done than I would have liked. Mashed potatoes were cold. Not the best birthday dinner I've ever had.
This is about the best place around here to get great ribs & steak! We LOVE going here! My hubby even proposed to me here!
Very disappointed with server and steak!!!!!! Not cooked to liking. and server rude and unattentive. As it was our Anniversary, not a pleasant experience!!

The food was very good and our sever was very nice, but the men's bathroom was NASTY!! Whole place can use a good deep cleaning!! Gm must be blind!
Food was great, Service was awsome. Rosie made us feel at home & did I mention the food was great.
