Food usually good but had to send steak bavk twice by time I got my food everyone else was done eating so couldn't even enjoy my dinner with family
I don't eat here often but when I do, the service is always not satisfactory. Our waiter that waited on us maybe checked on us 3 times. All he seemed to care about was the older couple behind us. Our food was great other then the baked potatoes. They were so tough. I feel like they hide the service behind their rolls. If it weren't for the rolls. That place would be empty. Not worth the money.

We were very disappointed in the Sirloin Kabobs. We couldn't chew them and they were overcooked. The ribs were way overdone. The BBQ sauce on the top was burnt and the meat definitely didn't fall of the bones. We took our out of town guests to your restaurant and I was sorry that we did so.
Absolutely pitiful service. Waited 40 min to have both meals way overcooked. Sent them both back, took 25 more minutes and they were wrong.
I had a wonderful time. at Texas roadhouse I enjoyed the food I enjoyed the steak. it was so good.
Haven't even received our meals yet BUT the greeting, seating and ordering process has been SUPER. We have had 3 baskets of rolls brought out and been treated nice. We were at Applebee's across the street, sat for 15 minutes and left because no one came to our table. In the first 5 minutes we were completely taken care of by the great staff at the Roadhouse! Thanks!!
Great food drinks and service! I would highly recommend steaks are awesome and cooked to your specifications!

Terrible service. Out for my birthday our veggies were cold, appetizer came after we were halfway done with our meal and that was because we told the waitress we didn't get it. The waitress barely came to the table and then when we told them we didn't want the appetizer because we already had our food we were still charged for it.
