RecommendedMy experience was great the last time I ordered curb side. My only suggestion is to update your online ordering form and add a comments or a place you can order extras like sauces like a-1 or toppings for burgers like blue cheese. I always have to call my order in and it takes longer.
RecommendedI always love going to Texas Roadhouse. Our latest visit on Saturday we were disappointed as our burgers were served cold and very under done. My burger was also prepared incorrectly. The manager was awesome and apologized and comped the whole meal. The waitress, Alaina, was outstanding as well. Very attentive and immediately recognized that my meal was prepared incorrectly when first delivered. This was definitely a rare occurrence for this location and we appreciated how the management handled the situation.
