Does this seriously look well done to you? I tried to support you guys and in return had an uncooked meal that went in the trash. It saddens me that my steak is never cooked right, when dining in at least I can send it back. Unfortunately, this was to go and you can’t check a steak in your car (or shouldn’t have to).
Answer the phone, not leave pick up orders waiting outside for over an hour
