Will never ordered from them again , a slab of ribs and order of pulled pork on the carry out . Took more than 30 min and still had to cancel the pulled which it would have been at another 20 min. Order placed at 7:45 - 8:30 still not done. Manager never apologized for been late , it seems like every time i have tried this place I have been disapointed . Never again

Been going here for a while now. Terrible service! Placed a to go order FINALLY after being on hold 5 times (a good 15 minutes or more). Waited for 25 minutes outside after our initial 20-25 minute wait after the order was placed. Terrible experience from a place I used to love.

We got there at 12:50 on a Saturday. We had reservations for 1. We had to wait until 1:30 to be seated and that was only after complaining to the manager, who knows how long it otherwise would have been. Food is good, but it takes forever. We got there at 12:50 and didn't get to leave until after 3. Won't be returning. When they first opened it was a well ran place, but it's gone so far down hill, we will never return. A full 5 star rating from my husband and I... We arrived around 4:00pm the wait wasn't bad at all, service was good and the steaks were awesome. Forget Longhorns - It'll be Texas Roadhouse for us from now on!!!
After posting my review, I realized this section never asked for a rating so I'm not sure it posted....couldn't find it anywhere so I will repost. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was wonderful...waiter did a fairly good job and came to check how the food was early on, but never came back again until we were nearly ready for the bill....too bad because there were some problems and he was so busy taking care of TOO MANY tables that he couldn't p...Continue Reading
Very bad attention we need to wait for long time first and last time in this restaurant.
Food was ok but the service sucked! If this is all I can say for them I don't care if I ever come back. Used to be a favorite. I think I will go to longhorns next time.

It was my favorite spot until me and my wife saw a roach crawling behind me which I killed it... Then the couple sitting at a table next to us saw another roach on their table which ran to another table with a huge group of 8 people. The manager came and killed roach saying I'm sorry, then disappear!!! That place needs to really be sprayed down!!! Go to Long Horn unless roaches don't bother you.
