One of our favorite places. However, after we were seated, it had been 10 minutes & no one had even come by to greet us & take our order. I had finally gotten up to go ask someone, I believe her name was Leslie. And she apologized & said for some reason our table was still considered "closed" & offered to take care of us. She did a great job making sure we got everything we needed & manger stopped by to also apologize to us & also took care of us. Friday night demands the best waitstaff on your roster the service was under trained we never got any bread and The food was mediocre terrible experience with Texas roadhouse
We had a great waiter and waitress because of a large group but the manager was not professional or polite at all. Saturday evening manager needs a little schooling and personality
Our waiter was perfect & timely matter on food. Everything was good
It took us 1 hour and 48 mins to be seated and get our food. The service was horrible. Our table had a flood of water underneath which we asked to be cleaned up 4 times. It was overall a horrible experience and we have no intention to go back.
It was an organized wait, but not a long wait for our dinner. Our waitress was very personable and attentive. The chopped steak I had was delicious. A very good experience!
We had stopped going about a year ago because of poor service and not a good quality steak. The service was amazing. You could tell everyone knew their job and it worked like a well oiled machine. The food was excellent. All the workers were very polite. Brandon was our server and kept a check on us without being a nuisance. Will definitely be back
Steaks were cold. They had to make new ones. After that is was good but had gristle in it.
It was a memorial of sorts. My best friend and I would spend our Saturday's together and come to our favorite place with out favorite bartender to get our favorite margarita. Joe is fabulous he made me feel so good having lost my friend I enjoyed it a great deal thank you Joe!
