Usually in the past it was good. Service dropped dramatically lately. We had reservations for a birthday party and couldn't get seated together. I asked for a porterhouse T-bone, and hour and 20 minutes later I got a bone in ribeye. They offered to remake it but I refused because God knows how long that would have taken.
Waited almost 2 hours for food. Burger was cooked wrong. 1 meal sent back. 1 meal didn't show up for 2 hours. Got the "food was taken to the wrong table" nonsense. Horrible experience. The management staff in Snellville either had the worst night of their lives, or they are incredibly inept. Worst experience I've had eating out in quite some time. I advise everyone to steer clear. Everything was great, enjoyed the service, food and drinks!!!
Our waitress was Sunni and she was excellent. Our drinks and food were great, our steaks cooked just how we wanted them. The only thing I'm not fond of is the peanut thing they have going on. Other than that it was good.
I love the yeast rolls and the wonderful rib eye steaks.

Looong story short... we were jerked around while waiting for a table. I asked to talk to the manager only to find out the person being the rudest WAS the manager. It was all extremely stressful. Cudos to our waiter Phil. He walked into a hornets nest and turned it around with great service! Phil was awesome! We enjoyed the food. The situation in the beginning was traumatizing enough that it will be awhile until we go back.

Terrible service. I went 3.18 and after waiting 50 minutes to be seated we placed the order and it was another 50 minutes for them to bring the food out. The manager gave us a coupon for 2 free meals that we could use within 90 days. So we went yesterday 5.7. We called ahead at 545 using their call ahead seating option arrived at 630 and was told there would be a wait of 30-40 minutes.
