Went to Texas Roadhouse Snellville location this evening. It was not a very pleasant experience. We ordered the blooming onion appetizer that came out extremely greasy. Then my son ordered a New York Strip and my younger daughter got Mac and Cheese. When the meals came the New York Strip was round. New York strips are not round and we told the server that. First visit there and everything was awesome. Usually I try a new place and there is at least one thing to be desired. But here everything was perfect. We may have filled up a bit on the rolls and peanuts before we got the food lol. Waitress Princess was awesome and food was fresh and exactly how we like it. Lots of flavor. Thank you for such a great meal.

Somewhat disappointed... Seated very quickly to my surprise because it was very busy! Steaks ordered for 2 , medium well, delivered timely but well done. I didn't complain but I sure wanted too..... Texas Roadhouse has a better reputation but after this visit and all of the complaints yesterday..... Left a bitter taste in our mouths....Not sure if I will go back anytime soon. Just couldn't finish my steak.

Food was delicious and I had a wonderful waitress named Holly.
The food was excellent, the service ok but my low rating is due to the manager on duty at the time of our visit, 10/7. We asked for straws that our waitress forgot, he said ok and just walked away, never to be seen again. How do they expect the staff to be on top of their game if management isn't.
