My wife and I went to the Snellville Texas Roadhouse the first time the Friday before last. Friday, June 22nd - We were sat down immediately. 30 minutes after being seated we still had not had drink orders taken or even seen a waiter. We flagged down a waiter from a nearby table and asked for his help. (He was great and very helpful and ended up waiting on us the rest of the night). It was the worst experience. It started off with a Cold cup of coffee. Then about 45 minutes later when our food finaly came the steak was over cooked and cold. The baked potato was also cold. The only thing on my plate that was hot was the rice and it was dry as a popcorn fart. I will never eat there again.
Service was horrible... Food was sub par.... Waste of my money..I was very disappointed.
