Thanks Texas Snellville! My family went out to dinner for my husband’s birthday (his choice) and you ruined it. The absolute worse service ever! There were swarms of employees walking by our table while having 2 birthday bashes in other parts of the restaurant but we sat at our table for an hour and a half waiting for our dinner. Our waitress kept apologizing saying she didn’t know why the kitchen was so behind. Husband and I went last night for our wedding anniversary dinner! We both had steak and they were cooked to our personal satisfaction. Service was very good, could have been a little quicker on the drink refills, but they were busy for a Thursday to our surprise.

We went to dinner last night on St. Patrick’s Day and had a great experience! Heaven was our server and she was amazing! I think she captured the heart of my 7 year old son as well. She was very sweet, had our order out as quickly as possible and the food tasted great! Steaks were tender and delicious. My children and I also enjoyed watching them dance to Footloose. I definitely recommend having Heaven as your server!

As much as I love eating Texas Roadhouse in my hometown, I will never visit this location again. We arrived here at approximately 830ish and at 10 pm, we still had not received food. A manager came out and told us it would be another 20 minutes at the least because the kitchen was backed up.

We have been 3 times in the last few months and have had the worst service. Last night we got our bread after our meal. Drinks arrived as soon as the food did. Sides were left in the kitchen. Attitude of waitress was terrible when we would ask for service on things she was responsible for. She would come and check tables around us and not check ours. Just terrible.
