So sad one of my favorite places and it really has gone down hill!!! Last time there today.
We have always loved Texas Roadhouse and go past Longhorns to eat at Roadhouse but tonight was the last time I will go there until I hear from others that things have improved. Tonight was our 3rd time to have had poor service, out of the filet at 6:45pm - how does that happen. Husbands steak wasn't cooked as requested, wrong food brought for my mom. The steaks melt in your mouth, and the rattlesnake bites are to die for, and their that delicious, I don't eat bread, but after I tasted those rolls with that cinnamon butter, its. mouth watering
I usually like this place, but today is my last visit, we waited for 2 hrs to be seated and my party was seated in three different tables. They've ruined my wife's and mother in law birthday dinner!

They have great New York Strip and great grilled shrimp and cold beer
The food was amazing from my peach sweet tea, salad, bread oh my the bread, and fried catfish Yum, and a big shout out to "Andrea" who was our waitress made the night even more amazing she was a pleasure. Best waitress we have ever had. Last time we went to eat there was probably 2 years ago and never came back because we had a bad experience. I am glad we gave it a second chance. My kids loved it. And I even got to ride the saddle birthday celebration.
This place has great steaks. Most of the time great service.
