My husband got a New York strip ordered medium rare. First time he got it it was full of mostly fat and freezing cold, sent it back, second time he got it back, same steak was warm on the outside but cold and very raw on the inside, sent it back a second time because it was still too rare to eat, the third time they brought it back out it was so overly done he couldn’t chew it.
