Me and the family love Texas road house. This experience it so much. Took 10 mins of sitting there just to get some drinks. We placed our order with and appetizer to come first. They tried to bring us the wrong appetizer 3 times and a salad with the wrong dressing. To top that off we never even got our appetizer we ordered. Asked for some rolls twice and had to ask for a refill twice. Then the steaks came out barely even warm and cooked wrong. We would usually see a manager walking around asking how patrons were doing. Recommendedwe had great service food was very good
We had the worst experience ever of all the times we've been to your establishment. We were sat at a table and waited almost 20 minutes and no one from your waitstaff excite able to wait on us. We decided to get up and leave I was so disgusted. We will not be back, I would rather drive to Wake Forest!

Poor service and we had to send two orders back like 4 times and they still didn’t get it right, server was slow and barely checked on our table, I’ve been to better Texas Roadhouse restaurants.
