Took 15 minutes to take our drink order but trainer made good and took off our blooming onion. Hubbys steak was well when he asked for medium. Training waitress spoke so fast we had to slow her down and asked her to repeat numerous times. And no more line dances in the aisle? Smh... might be a couple years before we return.

Service was VERY slow! We were there an hour and a half! They ruined my prime rib! I never send food back, but I couldn’t eat the charcoal off the prime rib! Burned to a crisp! HORRIBLE!! I will never go there again!!

The service was terrible! My waitress had the WORST attitude possible, I could barley get a refill for my drink. My food not only came out nearly after almost a hour of ordering it, my steak was rare after I specifically ordered well done. Worst experience ever.

Overall great service and the rolls were huge much bigger than at ours hardly have ever had a bad experience with Texas Roadhouse..

Ugh I hate to even give a rating like this to Texas Roadhouse..as I have NEVER had a bad experience. Today we were seated as soon as we walked in with no rolls � as soon as we were seated our waitress by the name of Toneya waited on us. She asked us what we would like to drink and we told her (not writing down anything..but that’s ok I mean it was only 2 drinks). Terrible experience. The worst experience i had ever received at Texas Roadhouse. This is my son favorite place and even he questioned why everything took forever. Plates for our bread when we were first seated, drinks. Food took forever to come out. We had another hour drive before home but by the time the food came out we were ready to go.
