My husband and I arrived at a very, very busy time on a friday. As expected we did have about a 15 min wait. The wait was well worth it!! Service was phenomenal, plenty of employees that worked as a team. Our orders came out quickly and hot!! I orderd a New York strip from the case ( I picked out) it was delicious, cooked to order. I will go again when we come back to Durham. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for great service and an awesome meal. :)

So tonight was the WORST experience I’ve everrrrrrrr had a single restaurant. My friends and I came to enjoy a awesome meal. We got there at 8pm. For a hr we had to wait on our food and had to call a manager over to figure out what’s going on. 15 mins later our food arrived to be cold. We sent our food back to have a new order. At this time it’s 9:05. We waited another hour and had to call the manager again. He said it will be right up. 25 mins later our food was cold. At this time it was 10:07. The food the absolutely awesome and you couldn’t of asked for a waitress that was more pleasant. Manager constantly checked on our service to make sure everything was great.

Disappointed! Restaurant was SO loud. Please turn down the music so people don't have to yell to be heard. I will return because the meal was good but will go earlier in the day.
