RecommendedI absolutely love Texas Roadhouse. The front of the house staff, and the servers are very friendly, and hospitable. The ambiance is great. Makes me feel like I’m in Texas even though I’ve never been to Texas lol. Overall, whether your going on a date or taking your family for a good time and good eating, Texas Roadhouse is the place to be.
I love this place, just not fun sitting in the bar area, your waitress is always busier.
Had sirloin and grilled shrimp it was delicious and the blooming cactus not to mention the yeast rolls service was wonderful
My family requested dinner at TR tonight. We followed the protocol and waited for our text to enter the restaurant. We were promptly seated and then I realized the COVID health precautions were not being followed. Servers had their masks under their noses, the kitchen staff had their masks under their chins, there was no one-way traffic flow, plastic menus were not being cleaned (QR codes to menus were posted at the table but plastic menus were placed as we were seated). I ordered a family pack tonight and paid for extra rolls. When I got home, I had been shorted the family size salad and part of the extra order of rolls as well as all condiments I ordered with the meal. By the time I made it home and realized, it’s too late and I’m to frustrated to turn around an trek back. Disappointed in the whole experience. Check the receipt as you load the to-go bags. My missing items were the first things on the receipt.

I placed my order for mothers day dinner a week ago. i was supposed to pick it up at 3pm today. Guess what!!!??? We had to wait 2.5 HOURS for our meal to be ready. it is now 5:40pm and we JUST received our order. also... management said NO REFUNDS!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!????? NEVER AGAIN! CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW MORNING!
Online ordering not working all day. Called in the order for pickup that evening and was told they could not take orders ahead and to use the website (he knew it was not working) or call back 45 min. before desired pickup. Tried on line option 4 more times and app., several times, still not working. Called in the order at 4:15 and was told it would be three hours + before I could pick up. Last time i ordered for pickup we got back home top discover 2/3 of order was missing. Never again.
