When your crew screws up a take out order, the responsibility to correct it should be yours through GrubHub or Door dash, Instead of insisting that the customer drive across town, forgoing his own hot meal, to fix your mistake. You have one job...fill an order. Why is that more than should be expected?
I am so disappointed food was dry and a very small portion considering I paid almost 16.00. I want my money back and I have pictures. This is the second time, I learned my lesson this time.
Waited 25 minutes for our carry out order, only to finally get it, drive away and 5 minutes later get a call to come back due to giving me the wrong order. No apologies, girl took the food back told us they were throwing it away. 15 minutes later- still no food. I need help understanding why my carry out food was cold. Everything except the biscuits the salad was soggy and warm, I ordered Arnold Palmer they sent unsweetened tea then had an attitude and would not offer a refund but for 2.50 when I paid over 40 bucks.... why did my boyfriend have to go to the store 3 times in one night for this still to be incorrect. The tea is gross the lemonade is also gross and unsweetened. They told him all our tea is sweet NO THE HELL IT ISNT. You will hear from me soon
Service tonight was not good. Food was ok. Had to ask several times for drink refills. went into ladies room shortly after arriving. No toilet paper or paper towels - told employee. 45 mins later still no toilet paper. but paper towels. Told manager on way out, another employee said someone was getting. so it takes an hour to get toilet paper. REALLY!
Horrible, slow service! Go to Outback Steakhouse!
