I used to go there almost every day but this last year they have a lot of new people who have messed up my orders, well yesterday was the last time of going to Texas Roadhouse, I'd order from their carry out and it wasn't the fact that they'd messed up my order twice but it was a manager who just so happens to be standing there that was rude as hell saying well it happens once is a mistake twice is someone who's not doing their job
Well I had the ribeye. And let me tell you it was one of the best cooked steak I have ever had. You have to try it. You will love it. And the dinner rolls were very tasty. And the service was excellent.

So a friend and I were on our way home from a fun day at Frankenmuth and we decided to stop in Texas Roadhouse. It was an abnormally busy night and we had about a 30min wait. As we were sat doen our hostess welcomed us and asked how we were doing as they led us to our booth. As we sat down we were informed that Jacqueline was going to be our waitress for the evening. I was in this restaurant last night. It was extremely busy. The hostess crew skipped our name, accused us of going outside and missing our page...major put-off. I would love to say the service got better, it didn't. I was really looking forward to a margarita, but the waitress instantly informed me they were all out of glasses, another disappointment, although not her fault. The dinner quality was amazing, and t h e evening was not lost, I just wish the staff was as prepared as they were eight or so years ago.....
