I used to get excellent service here, however now it just hasnt been good. Servers are not as friendly or helpful. I went being a mother alone, with a 6 yr old & 9 month old, this isn't usually an issue being alone. Our waitress yesterday, never once asked if I'd like a high chair for my child sitting on my lap, infact i had to ask her 25 minutes into being sitting. I usually go to the Madison Heights location. We there New Years Eve with friends there was 7 of us. We tried call ahead seating because it was mine and my fiancé anniversary and was told we couldn't. Got there at 6 checked in and they said 20 min wait. We waited almost 2 hours to be seated. Then got horriable service and the waitress was rude. I have a friend with an allergy to onion and the waitress didn't care and was rude when asked questions about the food! Great place to eat with friendly staff. Always enjoy our dinners.
Everytime I go to the Madison Heights restaurant, I get the worse waitress or waiter. Yesterday was seated and no one had my table, I sat 20 min before I finally got a waitress's attention. Other then the service, food great
They always have the best prime rib. Love the rolls and butter. Salads are always fresh. My husband loves their steaks and salmom.
Always get seated quickly service is great food is delicious!
