we gave the tip in cash and our waitress ripped us off by adding another 10 dollars to our credit card for a tip . The manager when contacted by my wife did nothing and we never got the 10 dollars back . We will never go back . This place sucks.

Upset with my experience, people who got sat 30 minutes after us received their entrees before us, the waitress gave my side salad to the table next us, boyfriend ordered a country fried sirloin and received a country fried chicken. I don't ever write reviews but this deserved one! I never have any issues from this location, very disappointed 😔
Great food wonderful service one of our favorite place to eat
I was incredibly disappointed in my experience tonight at Texas Roadhouse. When we walked in, we found that their fryers were down and we wouldn't be able to get our usual blooming onion... small deterrent, right? We decided so, sat down, and placed our orders. Jen was pleasant and proficient in taking our orders, but when our food came, she did not wait for us to cut in to check doneness, as per usual.
