Very good steak i go there as often as i can. They get a 10!!!!!

I am not sure why I go to this place... every time I go there my steak is not cooked correctly and I have to send it back, and most of the time they make excuses why my RARE steak does not come out until after everyone at my table is done eating. I cooked myself through college... it is NOT hard to cook a rare steak. I will not be back.
I'm sitting at Texas Roadhouse-Madison Heights MI, fininshing yet another bad expierence. I always order the same thing, a 20 ounce bone-in ribeye meal. The first steak was overcooked (very well-done) and sent back to the kitchen. The second steak was cooked as desired (medium-well) but definitely was not the 20 ounce steak I ordered. The manager came over to the table and I cited my concerns regarding the size if the steak. Her response was "we weight all the steaks" and "when it's medium-well and well done, it shrinks".
