 RecommendedMy family and I were there tonight, we had outstanding service. They were out of prime rib and Norm Patten was exceptional he went beyond our expectations. Thanks Norm it is greatly appreciated.Â
My husband and I went tonight. Food was good service was awful. I ordered the filet and received a sirloin, my husband ordered chili and never received it. Our food was delivered by someone else and the waitress never came back until we were almost done. We were never offered rolls. I had asked her when she finally did show up. By the time we got them we were done eating.Â
Went with my son and grandson for my birthday. Great meal with a perfectly cooked sirloin, and the birthday serenade was nice!!Â
Ordered to go for my family last night. The young lady working was very nice but the food was something else. The only thing my daughter and I ate that was the same was the bloomin onion. She started to feel sick almost immediately and wasn’t able to eat the dinner she had ordered. For me it took a couple hours and have been sick with vomiting and diarrhea and stomach pains ever since. So bad that it’s hurts to try to swallow from throwing up so violently. We won’t be coming back anytime soon…Â

Tonight was one of our worst food experiences at this Roadhouse. Notice I said food. Our waitress, Aly I think was her name, did a great job. It was busy. It was Friday. Backed up kitchen. Every seat was full in the place. Literally. I didn’t get the MOD name but she took care of and handled the problem well. Not hating on the kitchen either. Everyone does the best they can these days and I feel for all of them. Thank you to all of you employees working tonight and trying your best.Â

Thank you for allowing the military dog who had been deployed twice to eat inside on Veteran's Day!! .I'll now eat at Texas Roadhouse even more! Â
