Love the prime rib although when we got our Easter meal everything was great but the prime rib was cold. All in all though the meal was great!

I placed an online order at 2pm for 4pm pickup. They were quick to charge my card, and text me thank you for order. Finally at 4:45 my order was ready and it was cold. First and last time we get anything from this Texas Roadhouse. Very disappointing!

Called to place a to-go order because everything I tried to order online was “unavailable”. Was transferred to order then was hung up on. We very regularly eat Texas Roadhouse...very disappointed with lack of service provided today.
