not making people wait an hour for lukewarm food. sorry, cold food that took me complaining to actually get. You ruined my schedule and the ice cream I purchased thinking you'd have my food somewhere in the vicinity of the scheduled pickup time. I will never waste another dollar or minute of my life on your slop. i will reccomend to everyone i know that getting a fast food burger is a better way to spend money. good day and when you figure out the basics of restaurant management dont bother calling me.

Called earlier today to set up call ahead seating. Was told to call back an hour before we planned to come. I did just that but was told they could not accommodate a party of 7. So why not tell me that earlier in the day? Did not tell me why they couldn’t accommodate but said oh we can tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is not my birthday. Called up Olive Garden, nooo problem! Come on in! Thanks for nothing Texas Roadhouse. I wasn’t impressed the last 2 times I was there. This just confirmed that I won’t be back!

We LOVE Texas Roadhouse! But with that said, VERY DISAPPOINTED to see hostess with a #BLM face mask on! Really??? That’s a HATE group and we were about to leave. Thank God, we had this sweet Blk Young Lady serve us. She was sweet, attentive and I think would have had a beautiful smile, (if we could have seen it under those hideous face masks) and MOST IMPORTANTLY SHE WASN’T INJECTING POLITICS INTO HER WORK or.....
