Appetizers were not delivered to all members of the party at the same time. 20 minutes apart. Last appetizer was 3 minutes before meal was served long after everyone else was long done theirs. 12 oz filet was served undercooked and without the side of onions ordered . It took 10 minutes for them to come. Onions were overlooked and not firm. Server was not attentive to ensure the order was properly prepared. Although I see the people before me have gotten no response to their concerns, AND Texas Roadhouse's Website has NO PLACE to file a complaint, I have to say somewhere...WHY, why, why, can I not get a meal here without my food covered in Black Pepper? Even the corn was black. To me this is a way to cover up poor quality food, because IT DOES NOT make a difference in flavor while cooking and if someone wants it they can put it on at their table (maybe not at the bar, where you can't get salt & pepper without asking for it). I had the best service and food I have ever had tonight. I have never eaten at a Texas Roadhouse before and I LOVED IT!! We had a family of 4 (2 children 2 adults) and our waitress Amanda was more than accommodating. Our order was cooked exactly the way we had ordered it and got all of our sides correct. We will definitely be returning to this location and requesting Amanda for our server!!
