It was delicious! Love the steak and green beans!!
We were at Texas Road House celebrating my parents 39th wedding anniversary. They love the restaurant . Food was great, as it always is. Our server was very polite and nice....overall great experience.
So upset with my service today. Waitress completely ignored us we sat there with a spilled soda on the table. The l food was horrible streak was dry not even cooked to what we ordered and i asked to have the singing thing for my daughters birthday today and the waitress tried hard not to do it because she continued to avoid it first by telling me there is no birthday cake which is true i had to specifie what i was talking about then when i asked her to bring the cheesecake and do the sattle she only brought the cake and said... read more

Going down hill . Cold bread , half my salad was brown
I have been to the roadhouse multiple times, at best the service is average. Last night we went in after dance rehearsals, the place was packed and there were 8 of us. Our waitress Krysten was AMAZING. I'm very critical because I've waitressed and I had nothing bad to say. She got everyone's food and drinks correct. She didn't forget a thing and was on top of everything. I had to stop and tell the manager how great she was on my out.
The consistency of this restaurant is great. The portions are plentiful. The prices are very reasonable. The staff seems to go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. That also goes for the managers that I have encountered. One of the few places that I do not mind waiting in line for. This is a regular spot for us. I always leave with a full stomach and my wallet isn't empty.
