Generally love Texas Roadhouse, but the customer service last night was far from good. Service manager came over and introduced herself to us, asked how everything was. Told her steak was overcooked, and chewy (it happens not really upset by that part). She asked if I wanted her to put a new streak on for me, I declined as my wife wad already half way done her meal. Pick up clerk kept staring at her phone while dealing with our order. When our order was wrong she refused to help us in anyway and kept looking at her phone. Pretty shitty service
I took my wife and son here for dinner tonight. We were immediately seated and our server , Nick S. , came right over to introduce himself. He was very pleasant and took our beverage and order right away. After serving us our drinks, he took our appetizer and entree orders. Had the best time. Went two days in a row and both days we had the best servers.
Josh was our server, and he was incredible. The food was great also, except for the mix up. (Not his fault) and he even read me mind when it came to the dessert. Strawberry cheese cake. Which was rich and creamy. Thanks Josh for making my birthday dinner great.
