I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Methuen Tuesday night around 6:45 to celebrate my birthday. We were immediately seated. Our waiter, Scott, was awesome. Made sure we had everything we needed. One of my friends brought me flowers, and Scott came over with some damp paper towels and a plastic bag to keep the flowers in - I didn't even ask, he just saw the flowers and made sure they were taken care of too! Really great customer service!

Arrived 415. Already a wait because staff don't come in until 5pm. Get seated at 5:05 pm, was told wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. Several other people left in frustration Ordered our food then at 540 some comes and tells us the computers crashed they can serve no food and stated they had called someone to come look at computers but could not guarantee how long it would take. We left. Will not go nack

The hostess wasn't pleasant. The waitress was nice and helpful but the food defiantly has gone WAY DOWNHILL! Smaller portions, food over cooked and just tasted bad. Unfortunatley will not be returning to Methuen anytime soon!

My family enjoyed it. Deffinitly a great place for the kids. Employees were great. Its a very high energy place to eat so its great when you have little ones that make some noise.
