This location has really gone downhill. Servers are always friendly and attentive but the kitchen staff fail to make steaks and sautéed mushrooms without burning them. I’ve gone to this location twice in two months and both times I’ve been very disappointed with my meal. The first time I didn’t complain because it was still edible but the second time I didn’t even try eating it because my entire meal except for my baked potato was literally charred and black and my Roadkill steak had no cheese on it at all. Placed a to go order tonight and picked up. Was not given one of the items I ordered so I called back asking for a credit. After waiting 15 minutes, the manager got on the phone. I explained what happened and asked for my credit. He said he could not issue a credit but could give me a free appetizer coupon. I explained I did not want to come back in for a free appetizer. Great service pretty quick in the kitchen food came out pretty fast
This place is ridiculous! We paid for our food and they would not give it to us! They wanted to double charge us. We had a huge order for a family gathering and they forgot 3 meals. They told us they would not give us the food even though we paid for it. Our whole family would go to Texas Roadhouse once a week(8 people). However we will no longer be going to this franchise. Steak was cooked perfect still so chewy like it was low quality or something. All other food was way over salted.

Truthfully was the first and last time we go.... the order was not even close to right although when I checked with the waitress she placed it correctly.... even the beer was wrong.... save yourself time and go to Logans Steakhouse down the street....
I love their early bird special Monday through Thursday. Your choice of dinners for 8.99.
