In 25 years of eating at Texas Roadhouses', the sirloin I had was the worst steak ever. I ordered it rare; it came out medium rare and barely warm. It had absolutely no seasoning. They offered to cook me another one, but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to eat. The best the manager would do was take 10% off the cost of the steak. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon. Plenty of other steakhouses near by that will take better care of me.

If you want to wait over 30 mins past the scheduled time for your to-go order, as well as never getting the second cup of dressing you asked for, and the staff over the phone just leaving you on hold for 20 mins then come here. I used to come here a lot but I’ve stopped because the service is absolutely terrible.
One of the best places in Avon to eat. Always consistent in their quality as well.

was told we had to call for call ahead seating. waited on the phone for over 5 mins no one answered. go to tell the employee who first told us to call about it and he has an attitude threatening to get the manager? ask for the manager and they never returned. you guys have a “great” system in place and have incredibly rude employees.

Texas Roadhouse won’t accept their own gift cards when you place an online carry-out order during a global pandemic. This seems like a very irresponsible way to do business.
