If I can give them 0 stars I would! Waited 20 minutes & got no service but another family that arrived right after us got served before us. So we just walked out and left. Taking my service somewhere else.

Waited over 45 minutes for our margaritas..the bartender lost our order..still had nothing to drink (not even water) when we got our food..manager did take a little off our bills but had my meal and my friend 's drink on one bill and her food and my drink on the other.. This is my go to Texas Roadhouse and it's usually very good..food and service..but I will think twice before I go back to this location..
Had a wonderful experience today thanks to two amazing managers who went above and beyond to provide stellar service! My softball team and I (14 people total) were seated, served delicious food, and well taken care of during our visit. We aren’t from Avon, but you can bet we will be back! Thanks again to all the ladies that helped our group today!
