There was no wait and was seated right away.our waiter was very helpful answering our questions about the menu. He was attentive about our needs. The food we ordered was cooked as ordered and was delicious. We had a very good experience on our visit and will definitely return again and recommend Texas Roadhouse to our friends and family on their visits to Gatlinburg.

We have eaten there several times before on previous trips and been pleased but this visit was a huge disappointment, except for the birthday celebration they gave our daughter. We were squished into a booth too small and told we would be ok by the hostess. We had to ask someone to find us our server after 10 or so minutes, and served the wrong beer but reassured it was the right one. We had to wait for everything we ordered or needed. Food was mediocre at best. I don't think we will go back ☹️

Food was excellent as was the service. Wife's steak wasn't cooked fully. So we sent it back. It returned just as ordered.
