I was there yesterday (9-17-17) with my wife for our getaway weekend and we was waiting at the table for 20 min and nobody came to ask about our drinks or anything at all. My money goes somewhere else.

Wife and I always eat here when it Gatlinburg. We have never had a bad meal, the steak are excellent as is the staff.
