We have always enjoyed the one in Sevierville but today we had family visiting Gatlinburg. To walk in the door and be told their servers haven't shown up for work is unprofessional. As a local I will continue going to the one in Sevierville and I will let EVERYONE know not to go to the one in Gatlinburg. Needs new front house management. FYI we left.

Great steaks and service but the fried pickles were way too salty for me.
Cactus Blossom was WAY overcooked. Everything else was cooked perfectly. Salad and appetizer plates were still on the table when we got up to leave, making it "cluttered" while we were eating. Everyone was friendly.
Really good fun, fun waitress and great drinks. It was excellent, we will be back. �

We had the most awesome dinner, the prime rib was to die for. This wasn't our first time here either. In the passed 3 months we've been there 4x .....always amazing!!

We always get the New York strip and last night my husband ordered one piece of catfish just to see what it was like and it was delicious as well as the home made sauce. The wait staff are always great there.
