Our order took forever to get to us. My Sierra chicken was luke warm. They forgot my green beans, mom's broccoli, son's broccoli. They out sour cream on his baked potato after he specifically said butter only. It was very busy, but I feel like if you have our order, it should be right and hot (especially for the price).

Would like to say a special thank you for the great service and food the staff provided my family and I on Christmas eve when we arrived just a few minutes before they were closing for Christmas.
My husband and I are never disappointed when we come to this Texas Roadhouse. This has been a tradition for us to eat there at least once while in Gatlinburg. Food is great and the service is awesome
