Great people here. Steaks were very good. Server was excellent. Very busy but they were ready.
Poor service. Waited forever for our food, it was cold, had to send part of it back. Manager tommy was confrontational and rude to my husband as well as the rest of our table. Marisa our sever was rude. Judging by the other low ratings I’d say this store is struggling bad! Already Contacted the General manager.

this is our favorite place to in Knoxville but this time the server took forever and when we'd go to the restroom he'd just be standing around flirting with other servers and the food was cold this time around and we had already waited 45 minutes for a table then an hour for our food. we'll still eat there just gonna ask for a different server if he's there or if they're packed again we'll go somewhere else.

The host seem to be having a bad day and it was only lunch time maybe 10 people inside the restaurant . To begin with we got seated and we noticed the table was Dusty along with the plates and cloth napkins I advised The Host that the table was nasty can we sit somewhere else. she sat us next to the table we were at which was also Dusty .
