Worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Food over cooked and over seasoned. Terrible service. Very disappointed. Normally a go to for the family.

My steak was very good but believe it or not they did not have any rolls extremely disappointed Thought about just leaving and going to another Texas roadhouse
I only go to this location, it’s always excellent and always great service. One of my favorite steaks in Knoxville
