Good food and service. We got in right away. I think the snow kept most people away. Keep up the great work!

Love this place. Every year when traveling from Canada we traditionally stop where there is a Texas Roadhouse. Great food, great atmosphere.��
It's been years since I have been but we went tonight. I must say it was.better then.it was before. There were 4 people in.our party and we all agree it was wonderful. Even.14 year old teenage boy was satisfied and couldn't eat all his meal. Our server was great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

this is ashame..this used to be a great place..what happened? looks like its time to look into getting some new management because when there are this many issues at wat used to be a good place,its time for new managers.it all starts at the root of the source..

Best ribs! Excellent service! Our waitress was friendly and attentive! Favorite steakhouse in Hagerstown!
Service was great but when we got there they told us 30 to 35 wait but it turn out to be a hour and I understand they was busy but don't lie about how long the wait and they kept telling everyone else the same thing and I think that was very wrong

Food was cold. Service was ok But silverware was not clean a lot of grease was still on knifes at all four place settings
