Quality control at the Hagerstown Roadhouse has gotten bad in the last few months. Tonight the Chicken Fried Steak was so salty that I took two bites and set it aside. The baked potato was half cooked and that was sit aside also. When the server came by I told her and her reply was “I’m sorry about that”. No offer to replace it or if I wanted something else. Just took the plate and left. Paid the bill and left. What a shame! It used to be a place we could count on for a decent meal. Don’t think we will be back again.
We come to this roadhouse all the time. Tonight is our worst experience here ever. It took 1/2 hour after we were seated for our waitress to take our order. Another 1/2 hour to get salads. Haven't got our food yet. Hope we get home by midnight. And then there is an awful smell coming from the bathrooms. Not a good night at this Roadhouse.

The experience was terrible and none of the food was cooked well enough it was terrible I will just go to McDonald's next time they are hell ton better
