We've been ordering takeout once per week and food has been great. Our last experience was horrible. We ordered online to have ready for 5:45. I didn't walk out until 6:30. Then, when we got home my wife's steak was literally burnt on 1 side and completely dried out (she didnt eat it). My steak was soaked in blood (requested medium) also resulting in fries being soggy. They forgot dressing on side salads. Her baked potato was dry. Needless to say it was a waste of $40. Guess we'll look elsewhere.
Did call ahead seating works great if they don't forget you're sitting there and lose your name on the roster....
Boyfriend and I live in Chambersburg and we LOVE our restaurant back home. But we decided to come to Hagerstown for a change. That was a mistake. We got seated fairly quick, waitress is somewhat friendly. But on our way to the table, employees were standing against the walls, hogging up walking room and not moving when people needed to get by. Food and waitress were great but waiting for our food for over an hour after placed was unacceptable.
Well I won’t get those 40 minutes of my life back. We were told it would be a 35-40 minute wait for 4 people. After 40 minutes my husband went to ask how much longer it would be and nobody had any idea.
I called ahead because it’s Saturday evening and my husbands birthday, thankful the wait time was about 20 minutes. We ordered an appetizer, it’s a good thing, our meals took an hour to come out, then they were cold, really, people that came in after us, have received their meals, eaten and left. Thankfully the manager has understood our dissatisfaction.
