We went there for mothers day n my birthday (same day ) , the bartender went to see why it was taking so long for our table. He got us a table, waitress got our food order, was worth the wait. Was very good, we will be going back

Drove here from Stevens Point, our server Jerry treated my girlfriend and I like royalty and was so fast with refills and answering questions. This review isn't just for Texas Roadhouse, it's for its great service! Shout outs to Jerry!! Give that man his own restaurant to run!
I have never walked out of an establishment because of dissatisfaction before until last night. One thing after another. Food was all wrong and service was bad. Shame because I normally love it but the past two times have been a bad experience.
I went to the Wausau location on Saturday April 9th. We had a 3 adults and 3 kids. Megan was our server and she did great. One of the kids spilled her drink and Megan was right there to help clean it and replaced drink right away. We were celebrating my birthday and I got a cute little dessert. Thanks roadhouse for being great.

I absolutely loved my dinner there tonight! The waiter Caleb was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and funny! He actually even held a conversation with my friend, my dad and IThey really have amazing wait staff! So pleased

The adult meals were delicious but the kids meals were less the stellar. They did compensate us, which helped.
Wow sat an hour and half waiting for our food. Talked to a manager. Finally just walked out. Plenty of restaurants to eat in this area to be treated this way.
