If we could rate lower I would! Have given them too many chances over the last 2 years, food quality has steadily decreased to it not being very good. Service has decreased to the point of them being too busy dancing and grabbing each other, and not taking care of customers. Management gave us a voucher for free food, but we will never come back! Way too late now to try for customer service..
Took my daughter and friend there last night for her birthday. The place was packed. Waitress said we would have a 10-20 minute wait and we waited more like 45 minutes. When we sat down, the waitress gave us four plates for our delicious rolls and when I was passing out the plates, they were all very dirty! I go the hostess that sat us down and all she did was grab the plates and brought us new ones, she never apologized when she took them away or brought them back. Food is disgusting every time we go. Not by choice by far of where to take the kids to eat- but for their birthdays, they get to pick. Most recently, I had to send back 4 of our orders- I wouldn't even feed the food we recieved to our dog. When the manager came over- i asked her if she would eat that and showed her what we were served- no she said. My family and I ate there tonight it was my second time every going and my parents first time going the food was amazing and our waiter Chad was amazing to definitely going back there again

We went on Veterans day thinking we could get a chance to honor the veterans in our life we arrived at 4 pm along with a several other veterans and waited 25 minutes to be told that it ended at 4 pm
