Quick Service Our order was correct and the waitress was nice. We will visit again.
After being a very regular customer for many years, this is the first time I've been disappointed by them. I have been to Texas Roadhouse nationwide as I travel for work. When I moved to the Wausau area, I was excited to find a roadhouse near me. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my slow service as well as the cooks inability to properly cook a steak to medium temperature/color. I had terrible service today, my friends and I sat for over 15 minutes waiting to just get drinks. While sitting there all the employees just kept walking by not asking if we have been served. Until I believe her name was Stacy she stopped and asked if we were helped yet. She was even shocked that we sat there that long waiting. After that she got us are drinks, then we ordered.
