We went to have dinner to celebrate my son's 18th Birthday. We had a superb server named Markus. He was so friendly and positive..and he took good care of us! Great job Markus! Keep up the good work! The steak and ribs were delicious,as usual. We will definitely be back.
This was our first visit and we were WOW'd!!!! Best steak and shrimp ever!!! That shrimp sauce was so delicious I put it on my potatoes and sirloin-steak ( perfectly medium rare) My husband had sirloin and ribs!!!! Mouth watering and perfectly cook!!! We walked in around 745 and left at 805. Waitstaff never showed up to our table. We never got bread or peanuts when seated either. There was a table close to us that employees kept sitting at to pick off plates that customers didn't finish. We got up and walked out after our table was passed several times without so much as a hello or I'll be right with you.
Everything is always pretty good in west bend... If there is a problem it would be crowdedness which causes hyper service... Forgetful......
The service is terrible! And the food was just as bad as the service. The owner needs to learn how to take care of all customers instead of giving poor excuses. Retrain your staff. Both servers and cooks...
It was the best steak I've had in a long time. I ordered the 8oz Sirloin Medium Rare. It was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy, it just melted in my mouth and the sautéed mushrooms were delicious! My husband ordered the Prime Rib and my daughter had the All American hamburger. Their meals were delicious as well.
We go there with daughter from that area take grandchildren we enjoy it.
The food is great especially the prime rib the service is always top notch the best of West Bend!
Our server Sarah was outstanding! And of the food was excellent.
