We Love coming here, great service and great food!
We went there in a very busy night, thankfully we called ahead and only waited roughly 5 minutes which was fantastic considering it was a football night. Food was served in a timely manner and the service was friendly but not nagging. Very enjoyable experience.
Server was unfriendly, asked over & over for a refill for my 6 year olds drink. Never asked us if we wanted refills, forgot some food.
My burger was orderd medium rare came out rare so they gladly made me a new one to go because i was still going to eat my original burger. Other than that we actually had good service and good food
Went for an early lunch on New Year's eve. Our waitress, Salina was great! Sorry if I spelled her name wrong. Our meal was awesome. My only problem was my maragrita had sugar in stead of salt but was no big deal, still tasted great. Definitely will go back! This was the second time eating at the West Bend facility.
Loved the prime rib and the bone in ribeye. Yum yum
Great food, great service. Had the ribs and they were as good as always! Not a thing to complain about!
