Good Food, Good Prices, Good Service. Sirloin Tips were outstanding.
I took my wife and adult daughter to the West Bend Roadhouse (because the Sheboygan Roadhouse is SO BAD) because we were celebrating my birthday! My drink tasted like lemonade, not Beam & Sour. I complained and got a better one. My steak was over-seasoned and full of fat; the corn tasted like it was boiled for a week; the sweet potato was great though! What an amazingly awesome thing you do on Veterans Day! So so busy yet the staff is upbeat and efficient serving us free food at a time they are normally closed. Kudos!
Haven't been out for a nice steak in a long time! My steak was perfect, I love the bread they give you! Our server was awesome, some people were sitting maybe a table away, they ran our poor waitress like crazy and then has the nerve right when she brings their check to start bitching at her saying that the table was dirty (remember this was after they were all done eating) and the floor was dirty! Steak was perfect. Everything tasted great been there twice both times were goodfoid and great wait staff.
Totally inconsistent. One time the visit will be great, great food, great service. Then, the next time the food will be undercooked, kids meals will have smaller portions, and service only okay. Carry out is a mess. Always a super long wait, even if we call the order in ahead of time. Don't put the cold salads with the hot food, the lettuce gets wilty! And, when you put the butter and sour cream together, in with the hot food, it completely melts into nothing. So gross... Wouldn't hurt to at least try to act like you care...
The food was really good, however the service wasn't all that great. Multiple times we asked for bread or refills, and they got our appetizer wrong, our waitress seemed very flighty. Not sure if she was new, or was just there to collect a check. Wasn't impressed with the service, but food was pretty good
