Great service. Manager came to the table to welcome us also. Food was great. Fish fry was really good and my steak and shrimp cooked to perfection and served piping hot. Would definitely go again. Even for a Friday night seated quickly.
Had dinner at West Bend Texas Road House for the first time ever!! It was awesome!! As I am dieting they were so very accommodating to make me happy and the food was very delicious!! The manager came and welcomed me with a gift and explained many different options available! I chose the 6 ounce sirloin steak, green beans and a side salad with just tomatoes and fat free ranch dressing!! I am so very happy and will be going back very soon!!
really bad experience tonight...been going here since they opened --- OFTEN---- but tonight was not good!!! the only good part was that the manager made things right by correcting my grandsons food from cold to hot -- and replaced my steak with what I ordered...AND took off $5.00 from each entree....but the service from the waitress...left alot to be desireed...I chalked it up to inexperience....From having to ask several times for water....rolls, no..."hows your food?" except by the manager and he just kind of fell into our... read more

Great food steak very tender my favorite is the beef tips. Just don't get green beans. Aweful too greasy.
The staff was great and the food was excellent. Next time I travel this way thru west bend Wisconsin I'll never eating there again.

I like Texas Roadhouse, but yesterday we went and had our Valentines meal early. Ordered our food, potatoes hard as bricks, they took and reheated them ,but still on hard side. Husbands steak was cordy, and hard to eat. Manager took $5 off meal, but that didnt help our supper plans. We will be back, but I hope its better next time!!
