My favorite steak house. Love the food and always get great service.
Love going there & getting mac & cheese. Everyone is so nice! :)
Service from our waitress was terrible, I think another waiter did more for us than she did. There was a hair on my food. Next time, I'll go to Gastonia. Highly disappointed in this location.

After receiving a bowl of salad with a wet sweet and low packet affixed to the bottom, I unrolled my napkin to find a filthy fork. We left without eating, and went to Applebee's instead. There's little anyone can do to compensate for uncleanliness.

I had a party of 15 people for my mothers's birthday. I waited 2 hours and still did not get seated. My mother was very, very upset. She never ate there before so our family met there to fellowship. This place has the worst customer sercice i have ever came in contact with. I don't recommend anyone to go there. And its sad to say that and this place has not been there that long. Really needs new employees.
Friday at 5pm. Half empty restaurant. And yet somehow on a false 30 minute wait. The service has always been slow here- but this seems extreme. It's not like a Friday dinner shift sneaks up on you. At least the food is good. But don't come hungry. It will be a while.
We love our Texas roadhouse. The wait was supposed to be 30-40 minutes but it was 20 minutes. The food was seasoned the drinks wasn't watered down and Breezy the waitress was awesome. We will be back! Thank you Texas Road house for coming to the Rock.
Wonderful food! Steaks always done to perfection...even my well-done order. Always have had friendly, efficient service. Our favorite steak place...hands down!!
Today was the first time I ate there. It was fantastic. The prices are decent for the amount of food you get and the waitress we had(lindzi) was excellent. I have a new favorite restaurant .
