Husband and I enjoyed our past meal there. Chris was our server and she was friendly and attentive. We go there about once every 2 months and have enjoyed each time.
Great food - fantastic service - reasonable prices!!
Yesterday was one of those once in a blue moon issues. We waited an hour after sitting to get our dinner. The manager and waitress advised there was a mix up in the kitchen with our order. The manager advised she would take care of our meal. She immediately after that came out with our meal. I don't remember her name but she is a short blonde. First off they told me a 30 minute wait, gave me my device and I had a seat. Everyone that was there when I got there was seated then people that came after me was being seated and I'm still waiting. So I go to the desk and ask why are these people being seated before me its past 30 minutes I was told they are call ahead but I'm watching you take down their name and give them a device. So I go back again and tell them if they can't give me a time I can go somewhere else then they say they forgot to activate the pager after 4... read more
Had a 10 Oz ribeye... at least 4 Oz were fat.. the rest was streaked with gristle. Complained and was told that was how they cut them. I will never go back.
Service was fantastic--very attentive even though it was unbelievably busy! Our steak, was cooked to absolute perfection. We're lucky, Mom and I both like our steaks cooked the same way, so we always share a meal. I wish there were more stars to give! Our waiter was Ryan. He's going to York Tech, and he just finished serving in our Coast Guard. Our thanks for today and our appreciation for his service to our country go out to Ryan, and I appreciate that a place like Texas Roadhouse would hire such a distinguished young man!
I was very disappointed with the rock hill Texas roadhouse. My son's chicken came out cold. They brought him another one this one the meat was pink around bone. The manager said it was good. He was sick all night long. My potato was cold and the service sacked. We had to wait forever to get refills on our drinks. I was very disappointed and they never have to worry about getting my money again.

Great staff and service!! A great "neighborhood" bar!
We had a group of about 20 people celebrating my son's graduation. We called ahead to make sure we could be seated together in the back dining room. When we arrived, we had a very short wait. Our servers were phenomenal, and the food was delicious! Our group was very pleased, and we will definitely be back.
